HEC Upward Bound is part of the TRiO Programs. TRiO programs partner with high schools and colleges in order to better serve students and communities.
Upward Bound is a program that was created to assist high school student who have potential of attending college. Upward Bound partners with high schools and works along side the high schools to make sure that students will not only apply and be accepted into college, but that they will complete college.
