Gateway Decision Day 2015

HEC Upward Bound participants who are
seniors at Gateway H.S.

May 1 is known as National Decision Day. It is considered the general deadline for high school seniors to officially select a college by making a deposit at the institution they will attend in the Fall. Various high schools around the city commemorated the day in their own special ways, and Gateway STEM H.S. invited HEC Upward Bound to join them as they got in on the action by hosting their very own celebration.

On May 1, 2015, seniors at Gateway partook in various Decision Day festivities. With a collective sense of excitement in the air, students sported their future colleges’ apparel, received college dorm giveaways, and enjoyed Ted Drew’s frozen custard. Jaguars, congratulations on your decisions, and best wishes for bright, bountiful futures.
